Welcome to Flowyble. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flowyble platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Flowyble ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Flowyble is a business automation platform that enables users to:

  • Build and deploy custom workflows and automation tools
  • Connect third-party services via integrations
  • Configure and use AI-powered agents for task automation
  • Manage team access within a multi-tenant environment

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Credits and Usage Limits

Each plan includes usage limits for credits, actions, tools, agents, and users. When you reach your plan's limits, further usage may be restricted until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

4.3 Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Engage in activities that disrupt or overload the Service infrastructure
  • Use AI agents for generating harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

Fair Use: The Service is designed for legitimate business automation. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit abusive usage patterns or that negatively impact service quality for other users.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Flowyble and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content, data, workflows, and configurations you create within the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement multi-tenant data isolation to ensure that your organization's data is separated from other users. We do not access or use Your Content except as necessary to provide, maintain, or improve the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party services (e.g., Google, Slack, Discord). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

9. AI Agent Usage

The Service provides access to AI models from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure). You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or complete
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before acting on them
  • AI model availability and capabilities may change based on third-party provider decisions
  • Credit consumption varies by model and usage

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowyble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowyble, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account or contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the Service ceases immediately
  • We may retain Your Content for a reasonable period to allow data export
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
